Sims 4 NORMAL Lifespan Mod (108+ day lifespan) by caucasiandad


Hey guys! This is the first mod I've made for TS4 and I would like to share it with you!

Description:
When I got TS4, I was disappointed to find out there was no lifespan sliders! I've struggled with the short adulthood; and after awhile of using other people's mods (and straight up turning auto-aging off), I decided it was time to create my own lifespan mod!! (sorry for all the !!!'s, I'm just very exited!!!)

Details:
Without further ado, here are the adjusted ages:

(Stage: Maxis Normal Lifespan Days --> My Normal Lifespan Days)

Baby: 3 --> 2 (unplayable/limited interactions=boring)
Toddler: 7 --> 8 (funnest life stage to play)
Child: 13 --> 15 (more time to do things other than complete aspiration)
Teen: 13 --> 10 (pretty much an adult but more school and less woohoo)
Young Adult: 20 --> 25 (a good time also the creator of a success future)
Adult: 20 --> 48 (gotta have time to raise those babies)
Elder: 10 --> 25 (what to do with all this spare time)

Labor Puddles by PolarBearSims


Hi everyone! Welcome to my first mod!

This is updated for newest game patch on 2/2/17

This mod creates puddles of water under your seem during labor. Each time your sim contracts there will be puddles. As of right now after multiple code changes I haven't figured out how to stop a puddle each time the sim contracts. I am currently happy with how this mod works and may not return to it to change the amount the sim's water breaks lol I will, however, do my best to keep the mod updated for each patch.

This mod is base game and doesn't require any expansion or stuff packs.

If you have a mod that allows teen pregnancy, it works with teens as well.

I have tested the mod with no mods in my folder and with MCCC. I used MCCC to force my sim into labor for testing. I have tested this mod multiple times and has worked good so far in my game.

This is an override of the labor xml file listed below:
S4_E882D22F_00000000_0000000000012CA8_Idle_Buff_Pregnant_InLabor.xml

Since this is an override, most likely will conflict with any other mod that overrides the same file. Use at your own risk with other mods.

With my testing, as of right now it is compatible with MCCC and has not had any problems.

Power Napping on Sofas by LittleMsSam

Healing from Anxiety and Liberated Traits by iridescentlaura


"Healing from Anxiety" trait  - Details:

 With this trait i wanted to add a positive part to this disorder, the fact that's possible to FEEL BETTER. What i meant about "healing" is accepting it and deal with it.

I won't give you all the details about this trait because i think it's nice to find out during gameplays.

This trait has the following buffs:

Four buffs that are allowed indoors and home lot; (tense, inspired, uncomfortable and sad).

One that is allowed outdoors; (Happy)

Five that works practicing the following skills:

Fitness; (Focused)

Wellness; (Energized)

Singing; (Confident)

Charisma; (Happy)

Writing. (Focused)

No Automatic Promotions by Andrew & OM


Have you ever had a Sim who was happier not being at the top of the career ladder? Have you ever had a Sim who just wanted to focus more on their family, their interests, or traveling? Have you ever just wanted to have a little more realistic control over your Sim's occupation? Unfortunately the game gives limited control over this aspect. The only way to prevent a promotion is by either trying not to get the skills needed for the next level or forcing your Sim to perform poorly at their job.

This mod prevents adult and teen Sims from being automatically promoted at the end of their work day (except for school grades for children and teens). Instead, your Sim will have a new option to call their place of work and ask their boss for a promotion. Using the same formula that the base game uses for the auto-promotions, your Sim will either be promoted or rejected if they do not meet the skill and job performance requirements. When a Sim is rejected, they get an embarrassed mood, and they cannot ask again until they have gotten over their embarrassment. If your Sim is happy with their current job, just don't make the call. They can keep performing well at their job and acquire any skills that they want without being forced to climb the career ladder.


Please note: If you want your Sim to get a promotion, they will have to make a call. A call does note guarantee a Sim's promotion. If their job performance doesn't meet the requirement, their boss will reject their request. That will not alter their current job position at all.

Tired of needing a treadmill to make your sims lose weight ? Want to find more fun activities to make your sims lose weight and build muscle, and with less radical results ? ...And it's even better if they're bedroom activities ?
Yes, now your sims can be healthier with practicing regular woohoo !


How do sims behave by default ?

Expect to have to make your sims exercise to make them lose weight or build muscle. The foods they eat make them gain weight, and they can't eliminate all those extra calories any other way.


What does this mod change to the sims' behavior ?

You can now count on bedroom sports to keep your sims in good shape ! Woohoo will now help your sims lose weight and gain muscle mass. Not only this, but in a more progressive and slower way than at the gym. Contrary to workout equipment, don't count on it to make overweight sims skinny or to give them a six-pack, unless if you're very patient, but it will help keeping them in good shape. Woohoo and try for baby both count as exercise, and all woohoo locations have been modded to induce about the same weight loss and muscle gain.
Notice however that only base game woohoo has been modded : in bed, in the telescope, in the rocket ship, and in the hot tub. I don't have all expansion packs and game packs, so I can't mod all woohoo locations.

No Happy Environment Moodlets by roBurky


What it does

Happy environment moodlets like 'decorated', 'nicely decorated', and 'cheerful decor' will never be given to sims. Moodlets from emotional aura objects are not affected, because those can already be disabled in-game if you don't want their effects.

Why would you want this?
The whole environment/decoration thing feels like its importance got broken along the way from Sims 2 to Sims 4.

In Sims 2, environment worked like a need bar - it had equal importance on a sims’ mood to their bladder or fun levels.
In Sims 3, its importance got downgraded from a need bar to just a moodlet.
In Sims 4, it’s implemented similarly to Sims 3, except moodlets are now far more powerful than needs bars at positively affecting mood, which has sent it all out of whack. Needs bars no longer directly affect mood, and it takes getting all your needs bars to full to get +1 happy. Whereas environment gives you +1 to +3 happy all the time.

When people complain about sims being overly happy in The Sims 4, I think a good portion of the blame for that can be attributed to the 'nicely decorated' happy moodlets. If you have a room that’s made to look like someone lives there rather than being a sterile plain box, you’re likely to end up with +1 to +3 of permanent happiness added to all your sims, whether you wanted that or not.

Take those moodlets away, and the balance between positive and negative emotions gets more interesting, I feel.

Underweight teens fix - Natural metabolism part 1/3 and More Mods by Candyd


This mod solves the issue related to teenage sims' weight, that causes them to lose too much weight sometimes to the point of being severely underweight.


How does the game behave by default ?

In the Sims 4, teenagers have their own metabolism : it has been set so that they'll gain only half as much weight as any older sim. This was intended to give teenage sims a higher metabolism and to prevent them from being overweight. Unfortunately, the way teenagers' metabolism works can sometimes cause them to become skinny to the point of being underweight.


What does this mod change to the game's behavior ?

Teenage sims' metabolism has been "fixed" to function exactly the same way as adult sims' metabolism. The mod will prevent them from being skinnier than adults. In return, teenage sims have now the same risk of being overweight as adult sims. The issue can be avoided with having the two other parts of the Natural metabolism mod installed.

Fix - Not Sitting While Playing on Console by Pawlq


I was inspired by Ravenwolf to create this mod. He made fix for watching TV

Unfortunately EA crash Sims behavior with any TV interactions - they stay front to TV, don't want to sit on sofa or chair

My mod fix sitting while playing video games on console.

Like in Ravenwolf's mod - changed advertising for the sofa, chair, and love seat from 10 to 1000 in file game. Now Sim sit when playing on console.

Serial Killer Mod by Studio Of Drama


This is a custom script mod so it shouldn't conflict with any other mods or override in-game Interactions/Animation
Interactions are 0% autonomous and Your sims will never perform them without user direction

"Serial Killer" Mod contains 4 new interactions "Explained Down Below In The "Available Interactions" Tab"

This mod adds new "Buffs"
This mod contains new custom animations
Custom animations include sounds/voices/effects/lip syncing
Blood will come out of the sim's stabbed area & will have a stab wound once stabbed & toddlers will become bloody

Give/Ask for a romantic Massage by LittleMsSam


Give a romantic Massage & Ask for a romantic Massage

These options are only available if your sims are at least in a romantic interest relationship and are on the same lot.

A romantic Massage takes around 45-60 minutes and will set both sims in a high flirtatious mood

Available languages: English (default) and German

Club Work Out No Jogging by Eurynome


Summary
Club hangouts have so much potential for interesting gameplay and socializing. However, in Maxis gameplay, the Work Out activity will actively encourage your Sims to jog in addition to other athletic actions. It can be frustrating when your fitness club (or any gathering of club Sims who happen to have the Work Out activity selected) prioritize jogging over other activities, or over each other. They end up jogging all over the map and getting distracted with strolling townies.

With that in mind, I tweaked the approved tasks for the club Work Out activity. Sims will no longer prioritize jogging during club hangouts if their club has the Work Out activity. Sims can and will still jog due to their own autonomy, traits, and mood. However, they will no longer be compelled to by the club. This mod has no effect on autonomy outside of a club hangout.

The Wish Master by WildWitch


The art of granting wishes has been lost to the ages now the wish masters are back.

In buy mode (decorations/clutter) there's an object called "Quill of Contacts" Have your sims you want to become wish masters ponder the quill. They will be granted a new trait called wish master, wish masters can grant sims wishes through the friendly pie menu pie selecting offer wish contract, the wishes granted will have effects on the character for example

Granting beauty wish
This wish will add a new trait to the target sim that broadcasts a flirty buff to all sims within range, this is on top of having a boost to social skills.

Now granting wishes is all very well and good but collecting payments is far better

Your wish masters will be able to extract many payments for granting wishes that will sometimes negatively effect the target sim, be warned however only one wish can be granted per sim and one payment (after three day cool down) can be collected, the payments are in the mischief pie menu.

The list of payments are as follows

Charm - you will build social skills faster and be more likely to succeed in social endeavours
Mind - you will build mental skills faster and be more likely to succeed in mental endeavours
Creativity - you will build creative skills faster and be more likely to succeed in creative endeavours
Simoleons - you will gain a randomly generated number of simoleons between 10k and 15k
Collectable - you will receive a random collectable
Life - your age will reset in your current age category
Void contract - you will receive nothing but the good will of the sim.

Enjoy collecting wish debts and granted wishes.


Realistic Aging by TheLittleThings


Based on sims 3 seasons where 4 weeks equalled 1 sim year. Therefore sims will age 1 year every 28 sim days. This means if you keep track you can have real ages for all your sims and know when their birthday is, e.g. if a sim is born on a Sunday then every 4th Sunday will be their birthday. Maybe a bit long for legacy play but useful for storytelling purposes.

Old lifespan:
Baby - 2
Toddler - 7
Child - 13
Teenager - 13
Young adult - 20
Adult - 20
Elder - 10

New Lifespan:
Baby - 28 (0 years old)
Toddler - 84 (1-3 years old)
Child - 252 (4-12 years old)
Teenager - 140 (13-17 years old)
Young adult - 336 (18-29 years old)
Adult - 840 (30-59 years old)
Elder - 588 (60-80 years old)

The above numbers are based on the lifespan being set to normal. Short will halve the above numbers and long will double them.

Drink, Drank, Drunk Mod - 3 Flavors by Candyd


In the Sims 4, sims are as innocent as kids. They drink juice at the bar. With most drinks, nothing happens.
Nothing. Boring.
Unless if you install this mod.

How do sims behave by default ?

Most bar drinks don't provide any special moodlet. They act like plain H2O molecules on your sims' neurons (if ever those pixel creatures have neurons).
Move along, there is nothing to see here.

What does this mod change to the sims' behavior ?

This mod exploits the "over-medicated" moodlet that's part of the sickness system in the Get to Work expansion pack. All bar drinks other than emotional drinks, motive drinks, water and tea will now give your sims a powerful dazed moodlet. Notice however that this moodlet isn't cumulative, and won't change or have different consequences whatever the number of drinks.

In addition to this, the over-medicated moodlet itself has been modded to give your sims a more realistic experience. It's now more powerful, as its weight has been pushed from 1 to 4, so positive moodlets can't override the dazed moodlet easily.

3 flavors have been made to let you choose how long you want your sims to be affected by their drink. The 3 hours flavor doesn't change anything to the original over-medicated moodlet duration, but might be a bit short for realistic gameplay ; in any case, your sim can take a nap and get rid of the dazed moodlet sooner this way. The 6 hours flavor can also be shortened by taking one nap. The 12 hours flavor is more "severe", as if you wish to shorten the moodlet duration, your sims will need to take two naps.

Be aware that all these changes will also be applied to the over-medicated moodlet that sims experience after taking prescription drugs.
