Open Door for chosen Sims by LittleMsSam


Hello everyone,

this little tuning Mod adds a SimPicker to the Unlock Door Pie Menu.

Don't upload this mod on other sites without permission

Checked with Game Version >1.29.69.1020<

With the SimPicker you can choose up to 20 Sims including Sims who are not in the Household.

The Door is then unlocked for the chosen Sims and the Active Sim.

FIX - ALLOW SUPER SPEED - Festivals and Loud Neighbor by Pawlq


This time I have for you time fix mod

Without mod:
When Sim is slepping or he/she is in work, time switch to superspeed (4x - very fast). But during festival or when neighbors are laud, game slow down to 1x speed (normal) and don't allow turn on 4x speed.
This is really annoying and slows the game down.

With mod:
Now super speed (4x) will not stopped by festivals or noise. When you click on triple arrow (3x speed) time automatic switch to 4x speed - like at night when sim sleep.

Debug Gardening Interactions made visible by icemunmun


A small override mod which makes the debug gardening interactions visible. ( A few users expressed an interest in the interactions so I am uploading this)

The override mod makes the following interactions available under the gardening menu -

1. Grow plant (+50)
2. Spawn fruit
3. Kill Plant
4. Water commodity -25
5. Weeds Commodity -25
6. Bug Commodity -25
7. Max Evolve commodity

It comes in 2 versions -

A) icemunmun_debug_Plants - All debug gardening interactions made visible

B) icemunmun_debug_PlantsGrowSpawn - Only Grow Plant (+50) and Spawn fruit interactions made visible

Autonomous Repairs, Trash Salvage, Collect Trash & Mop Puddles by LittleMsSam


Hello everyone,

since the "Updated version of Autonomous Repairs by mrclopes" mod is outdated and doesn't work anymore i made a tuning mod which overrides the interaction for repairing objects, scavenge in trash, collecting trash and mopping puddles which makes all those interactions autonomous.

It may take them a little while until they finally start repairing and they may get a little distracted now and then because repairing is sooo boring but they will actually finish their duty

Hired Help Mod by rhames

I present to all of you, the first version of the Hired Help Mod.

This mod does the following:

1. Butlers: Removes the situational Butler uniform and instead uses the outfits you may or may not have designed and keeps the uniform from re-spawning every time you leave and return to your lot.

2. Nannies: Removes the situational Nanny uniform and instead uses the outfits you may or may not have designed and keeps the uniform from re-spawning every time you leave and return to your lot. Expands the age range of generated Nannies to include Young Adults because 20-somethings are never Nannies. No they're not. Most importantly, Nannies stay INDEFINITELY on your lot as long as you don't fire them, dismiss them or ask them to hang out. A word of advice, I strongly advise having Free Services on hand or you may not like the bill you get.....

I intend to add Maids and Gardeners shortly to this as well as expanded Hired Help features as they occur to me.

No More Welcome Wagon by TheFandomGirl


I'm fully aware that I may be alone in this regard, but after the 5th or 6th family I place in Windenburg has to put up with nosy neighbors and their "gift" of fruitcake, it's a wonder I haven't jumped off the roof of my house. And since pretty much every Sim I create is a Loner, well you can see how I might get very annoyed.

"Well, why not just cancel the event?" You may ask. Because I'm not so much of a misanthropic harpy that I don't feel bad for the negative relationship gain and the "I guess we're not wanted here." message that pops up.

So here you have it; a little XML tuning mod that prevents Welcome Wagons from ever happening. Think of it as an override; it replaces a nuisance and gives you nice, cushy solitude.  

Tested with both pre-existing and brand new households and saves.

Unlocked Lot Traits by Dorsal Axe

This mod unlocks the 10 locked lot traits that are included with City Living. 3 of them you may not be familiar with, as they normally go unused. You'll be able to add and remove them from any lot you wish, including apartments that have been pre-assigned these traits. Please do note that there's a good reason why most of these traits were locked in the first place...

The following traits do absolutely nothing. They're just for flavor.
- Cheap
- Lively Neighbors
- Low Deposit
- Quiet

All of these traits also do nothing, as their "effects" are in fact dependent on specific objects (that require other mods to be shown in catalog).
- Great View
Requires special windows that generate the "Great View" moodlet
- Historical
Requires unmoveable plaque
- Needs TLC
Requires utility box, leaky pipes, mouse hole, roaches, and leaky drain.
- Romantic Fireplace
Requires unmoveable fireplace

These traits do actually have effects.
- Pricey
This one provides a constant positive moodlet for all residents on the lot.
- Serviced Apartment
Provides a free recurring maid service.

No Culling by Neia


This mod disables the culling and the genealogy pruning

What is culling?
Culling and genealogy pruning are background processes run in the middle of the night to remove households for performance :
- Households that are both unplayed and unhoused can be culled when the population reaches around 285
- Households who are played or housed are never culled
- In addition to that, unplayed Sims who have a played Sims as a close relative can also be kept (up to 100) in a simplifed state.

Event: Movie Evening by IlkaVelle


I present to you a new social event - Movie Evening. If you want your Sims just to hang out with friends and watch some movies, this event is for them.
I created this mod firstly because I really wanted to learn finally how to create a custom event, secondly because I was kind of disappointed after finding out that Movie Hangout didn't add any event like this to the gameplay. So here it is!
This is my first mod ever and I would appreciate any feedback you may have!

There are 2 versions of the event:
1) Movie Hangout SP compatible - version that requires Movie Hangout Stuff Pack, it uses its objects and features.
2) Base Game compatible - version that is compatible with base game
Install only one version of the event.

Simstopics Skinny Dip For Teens No Restrictions by devilgurl


Compatibility: 10/27/2016 – PC Version 1.24.102.1020 / Mac Version 1.24.102.1220

My mod changes the skinny dipping resources from being the default of young adults, adults and elders with no skinny dipping while children are on the lot to letting teens, young adults, adults and elders skinny dip regardless if there are children on the lot or not!

Refer to the picture to see how my mod allows a teen to skinny dip and disables the restrictions so there is a child who is just swimming.

Found an issue on Call_anytime_chat longer and CallAnytime_ChatLonger+GainLoseRelationship  -rebuild 01/11/2016 -please redownload...sorry.

Seeing that the creator is absent for a long time, I have decided to update its version for patch 1.24 (oct 2016)
It is possible that this update to be here on a temporary basis if the creator will return
If he will be back, this thread will be deleted.

I don't know what the future would bring
Posting this update I didn’t want to offend the creator, I wanted only help the players.

The following flavors remain the same as the original mod:

-CallAnytime - Enables using the phone to chat or invite sims over at any time, day or night.
-CallAnytime_ChatLonger - As above, but phone chats will last longer (from 15 to 60 minutes).
-CallAnytime_ChatLonger+GainRelationship - As above, but while chatting your relationship level will go up (if they don't dislike you and only up to a limit)
-CallAnytime_ChatLonger+GainLoseRelationship - As above, but the relationship will go down for sims that are disliked

Updated - MC Command Center by Deaderpool


Updated to 3.0.0. Change notes are posted down near the bottom of the download description

My goal with this module is to expand the functionality and story progression within the Sims 4. I was inspired by Twallan's Master Controller mod for the Sims 3, so any similarity is INTENDED.

Here is a description of each of the modules and their functionality.

McCmdCenter This is the main module. It is needed for anything else to work. It has a few "cheat"-type commands built-in, but does very little by itself otherwise.

McCmdCenter_dresser This module allows configuration of black and white lists for specific outfit items. This allows greater control of what Sims will be wearing and methods to run to "clean-up" Sims that are not wearing desired clothing items.

McCmdCenter_pregnancy This module creates a basic story progression of neighborhood Sims in that they can get married and have children as they age-up without direct user control.

McCmdCenter_population This module simulates other basic story progression of moving homeless Sims into households. It has some other moving-in/moving-out type options included as well.

McCmdCenter_cleaner This module handles some basic cleaning-the-game options. Getting rid of homeless ghosts, setting some default makeups on Sims as they age-up...that sort of thing.

No Gardening Club Harvesting by ManxCat


After pottering about the garden with my sim, I decided he needed some extra hands. Of course! Join the gardening club, I thought. But shortly after they arrived, to my poor sims horror, the fruits of his labour were eagerly snatched away by his new helpers.

After a brief search on the internet, I found many fellow simmers echoing my frustration, but I couldn't seem to find any mods to stop it, so I've had a go at making it myself. All this mod does is remove the harvest actions from the club's "Tend Garden" activity. Sims will no longer steal your precious fruit and veg, but the harvest actions will no longer give you club points. All other gardening actions will still give club points as normal. This will work for all clubs, so if you decide to make your own gardening club, they will also not steal your veggies.
