Cooking Quality Mod (10 Cooking Quality on all Fridges and Stoves) by Fissure


So this mod will change the "Food Quality" modifier for all the stoves and fridges to 10 (multiplier 3.0).
So now you can use whatever stove/fridge that best fits you decoration taste and not get punished with low quality meals.
Like my previous mod I left all other stats on the stoves/fridges unchanged.

I have made five separate packages. One for you only owning the base game and then one for each of the expansion packs and finally a combined pack with all of them together. Will try to add more packages for future expansions (if the expansion have any new stoves/fridges in them that is).

If you have "Get To Work", "Outdoor Retreat" and "Cool Kitchen stuff" (all of them) installed use the combined file and ONLY the combined file. 

If you don't have any or just some of the expansion packs installed use the Base Game mod combined with the files for each of the expansions/packs you have installed (do not use the combined one). 

Hope at least someone might find this useful. If you find any bugs, misses or have something you would like to have added please let me know in the comments section.

Smarter Autonomous Meal Sizes by scumbumbo


Description

I found the default choices made by sims for meal size when cooking to be annoying. The default is to cook a single plate of a meal unless there are other hungry sims in the household, which ignores the fact that meals don't spoil right away particularly if they are popped into the fridge and fails to predict that other sims may soon be hungry even if they aren't now. This mod alters the autonomous meal cooking behaviour in the game. The following changes are made:
If there are one or two sims in the household, a random choice is made to cook either a single plate or a medium (4 plate) meal.
If there are three or more sims in the household, either a medium (4 plate) or large (8 plate) meal will be prepared.
Enables more of the gourmet meals to be prepared autonomously (using the same rules as above).
Sims will never prepare just a snack for a meal unless they live alone.
As a safety feature in case no older sims are present, children can always prepare a snack but will choose to eat an existing proper meal if one is available.

Cheater_Mod_v1_02 by Krys29


If like me, you don't want to write code in the cheats console, here is version 1.01 of the Cheater mod in 4 languages (English, French, German and Spanish).

This mod still in development (WIP) will allow you from another to hide and review the Plumbob, to have money (Motherlode, Rosebud and add 2500$) and can activate and desactivate the cheat code (testingCheats true)

How does it work: Simply click on the mailbox and Krys29.

How was it made? : With the tutorial of Scumbumbo, which works perfectly by following it to the letter.

Mod composition : STBL for Languages (English, French, German and Spanish), XML for input buttons and a data file for the "engine" of the mod. All the files were encoded with high hashing (performed by S4PE) to avoid any conflict in the game. 2 Scripts (Injector and the Scumbumbo script) on which I add the entries of the cheatcode and recompiled.

It's an updated version of mrclopes Autonomous Repairs mod

"It's XML tuning mod that enables Sims to autonomously repair broken objects and scavenge in trash piles.".

Since sims have to act upon it autonomously it can take some time to decide for the sim to repair the broken item, usually functions around one sim day & depends on the sim's mood.

Terms of Use:
Same as the original mod by mrclopes :
"Feel free to use, modify, combine, push, shove this mod as you like, no credit or mention is necessary."

Compatibility: Incompatibility
This version is updated to the patch version 1.9.80 from 9th july 2015.
It doesn't require any additional expansions, it is built with the base game & does require only the base game to function properly.

No More Missing Mail by kianjim


This mod saves any items to be mailed (objects in hidden inventory of lot) to a separate folder, checks if these saved items exist on load and mails them back to the household.

The save is performed either when user saves the game manually or when there is a loading sequence - e.g. planning outfits, travel from lot.

The mod doesn't alter your game saves in anyway.

"Items to be mailed" refer to objects in the hidden inventory. Currently, these can be Geo Council Items and Postcards. For example, when a crystal is sent to Geo Council, the element that is to be mailed back is created in the hidden inventory.

A save folder is created for all the saves of hidden objects under the folder Mods/save_hidden. This folder is a COPY of the mailed items. As the game purges and doesn't save the hidden objects each time you exit the current session - e.g. planning outfits, travel, if you don't have this folder, there will not be any return mail.

No More Overpriced Flowers and Fruits by kianjim


This mod will keep the maximum value a produce (any fruit or flower) can gain to its respective price in the catalog - i.e. as if you bought the item from the build/buy catalogs.

Previously, as the quality of the produce gets better, you will gain unexplained price changes (usually increments) if you do any of the following:
- save or reload, travel to another lot, go on vacation etc
- sell one stacked item after another
- put item into household inventory, place item on ground in lot, rinse and repeat
With expensive high quality produce, e.g. blackberry, the price gains are much greater.

Welcome to SimLotto

Buy a ticket and make your Sims a millionaire!

This mod allows sims to purchase SimLotto lottey tickets on any of the computers included in the game. The payout rate is higher than a normal lottery to make things a bit more fun, but the odds are fairly balanced and not just a money cheat. Three flavors of the mod are available, normal odds, easier odds and best odds. The number of required matches, range of numbers and payouts are altered in each flavor. A complete list of the payouts may be found below in a spoiler.

Playing SimLotto is fairly straightforward, however here are the complete instructions. Reference the screenshots above to see some sample puchases (and yes, I cheated to get the Pick 6 Jackpot!)

Evict Ghost Households

Got a town overrun with ghosts? Sick of dealing with neighbors who are up all night wailing and possessing their disused yard furniture? Tired of having to manually go and kick out those dead and forgotton NPCs who won't leave their old houses? This script mod will take care of clearing out those houses -- without having to resort to calling the Ghostbusters.

The mod comes in two flavors: One adds a command to the cheat console to evict all ghosts families when you choose to run the command. The automatic version will schedule an automatic ghost eviction to occur at 1 AM after loading a lot and repeating every seven days (if you actually play one lot that long). The automatic mod also includes the command cheat version.

Orphan Children Aren't Deleted / Children Can Care For Babies by DrChillgood


The war against the Child Deletion Disservices wing of Sim Social Services is over! I have taken out the last of their Child Death Rays. They had one each for starving kids, failing kids, and orphaned kids. In other words, if you don't have the first two of my mods and you hate the Death Rays as much as I do, go pick those up first.

With this script mod, only a baby-only household will be wiped out. A baby-only household would be completely unplayable, especially as babies are mere objects, and besides, the Sim Social Services agrees that deleting baby-only households is an acceptable compromise.

Implementation: I lowered the minimum age for wiping out orphans and sending everyone to the hammerspace nanny from teen to child.

Invite Into Home Indefinitely by Shimrod101


This mod alters the Invite In function, or result, such that sims invited into your home or lot are allowed to stay indefinitely. It works the same way whether using 'Invite In' on a sim knocking at the door, inviting a sim by phone, or inviting a sim through 'Travel', or however.

The Appropriateness Buffs applied to visitors, i.e. No Bathing, No Cooking, No Cleaning, No Sleeping, are removed so that visiting sims can do these things normally; they act more or less as roommates similar to the Sims3 Uni roommates.

However!....When the active sims travel away to some other Neighborhood or Lot, the current active lot is unloaded while the new lot is loaded and made active. So all the visitors staying at your place simply disappear, although it's possible to call the same sims on the phone and invite them back.
