Choose number of babies by pekesims


This mod allows you to choose how many babies you want to give birth.

You have to download one of these three flavours:
1 baby for sure: your sim will give birth to one baby. I included this because since the last patch (December 16), people are having too many twins and triplets.
Twins for sure: your sim will give birth to twins.
Triplets for sure: your sim will give birth to triplets.

Maid & Mailman No 'Fake' Actions by Shimrod101


This mod eliminates the 'fake actions' from the Maid and Mailman where they don't actually show up but the message is received that the mail was delivered, house was cleaned, or whatever. The maid and mailman will show up always when using this mod; if your sims are not home, they wait until someone is home.

Mailman: The mailman's working hours are set from 8am to 10am, so they are required to show up early in the morning. The bills are almost always delivered shortly after 8 on Tuesday in my current game, but the mailcarrier sometimes skips this day and appears with the bills on Wednesday. The mailcarrier is not required to show up or walk past your house every day, but they should show up every day if they have stuff to deliver.

The mailman is enabled 7 days a week, if all your sims are at work early in the morning from Monday through Saturday so no one is ever home, the mailcarrier will deliver the bills on Sunday (last day of the week).

Maid: The maid's working hours are lenghtened until late at night, so the one-shot maid will function similar to the Pizza Delivery; when you call on the phone at 12 noon or 4pm or 9 in the evening or 2am (or whenever) the maid will arrive around 10 minutes afterwards; there is no message that the maid will arrive tomorrow morning. At approximately 4am in the middle of the night is too late to call; they will then wait for the morning and appear shortly after 7am.

The permanent maid will arrive shortly after 7am every day, 7 days a week are also enabled on the maids. I have set this so early so that the maid can arrive at the home before everyone goes to work or school, in most cases. If no one is home at 7am, the maid will appear shortly after someone arrives back home and the lot is active, regardless of whether this is at 12 noon or 4pm or 9 in the evening.

Handy Man and Gardener Mods by The Sims 4 Mods


This mod adds a Handy Man/Woman to The Sims 4.

You can hire them using the telephone as you can any other NPC.

Once hired they will visit your lot and fix any broken objects.



This mod adds a Gardener NPC to The Sims 4.

You can hire them using the telephone as you can any other NPC. There are 2 options to choose from: A one time Gardener who will visit your lot once, do the gardening and then leave. The other option is a scheduled gardener who will attend your lot every week day until cancelled.

The gardener will water & weed your plants. They will not harvest, fertilize or evolve the plants.

To cancel the scheduled gardener click on them when they are on your lot and choose the ‘Fire’ option.

No Delay Between Instant Upgrades by ReubenHood


When the Nerd Brain aspiration has been completed the Sim is awarded the Handy trait, which allows the Sim to instantly upgrade any object with all upgrades that are available to that object. Not only does this interaction save a lot of time but it also requires no upgrade parts to perform, however it can only be done once per day.

This mod removes the delay from the Instant Upgrade interaction allowing Sims with the Handy trait to perform instant upgrades as often as desired.

No Leftover Parts Mod by scumbumbo


Description

This is a mod for The Sims 4 to remove the leftover "upgrade" parts that are found during a repair action. Sims can buy upgrade parts from the computer -- they aren't expensive, and selling off the huge collection a sim ends up with from normal repairs is a tiresome bother so they just end up cluttering inventory.

Besides, you shouldn't have useable leftover parts -- that is probably why everything breaks so often!

There are two flavors of the mod. One leaves only a pile of broken parts, the other leaves nothing behind which is cheating and doesn't give the kiddies to play in.

Larger Households for the Sims 4 by Claudiasharon


I created my first Sims 4 mod and it works perfectly! I am excited to share it with you all. Thanks to some help from Morphar at MTS, I present to you, Larger Households for the Sims 4. Options are up to 10, 16, and 25 Sims. This mod allows Try for Baby to work in over stuffed households.

Now what does this mod exactly do, you ask? It allows you to try for baby even if you have the maximum of 8 Sims in your household. For example, in the Hikaru family there are already 9 Sims as you can see in the picture, and clicking on his wife you can see they can still Try for a Baby.

Weekend Housekeeping by Lodakai


This is a very simple XML tuning mod that allows for housekeeping services on weekends.
Since Housekeeping frequently wastes a lot of time, I have reduced their hourly wages to compensate and increased the up front cost for balance.
They will also arrive an hour earlier than before.

Compatibility - Only 1 xml file tuned - situations.service_npcs.service_npc_tuning
Should work with anything that does not alter Housekeeping service costs, or hours of operation.

Will consider tuning based on feedback.

Faster Gardening Mod by scumbumbo


This is a mod for The Sims 4 to speed up the simple gardening tasks, such as weeding and watering. The more complex tasks, such as planting and harvesting are not affected. Tasks will take about one-third as long with this mod in place.

The mod also triples the distance a sim will consider walking between plants to perform these tasks.

Fish Freshness Fix by plasticbox


This is a fix for the ultra-fast decay of fish freshness. Apparently EA simply forgot to inform their fridges and other inventories of the fact that fish are also something to be kept fresh (just like other food).

I made it so that fish in bowls do not decay at all, fish in fridges at a rate that I think is reasonable, and fish in sim inventories at twice the fridge rate. See the screenshots for what that means in in-game time (they're all from the same test game): Saturday 11PM is when the last fish is caught (all three are "Great" at that point), the ones in the fridge are still "Good" the next evening, the inventory fish is at "Average".

Note that fish freshness when cought has a random variation (anything between "Average" and "Excellent" is possible) and these are all ranges, not fixed values. Raw fish will still decay faster than prepared food; this is on purpose since I think this is what's realistic.

MoveObjects on Cheat by TwistedMexi


It's here - MoveObjects on allows you to place objects where they would normally wouldn't be able to be placed. The current version allows for placement inside of other objects and deletion of mailboxes via command. Objects can not be placed inside of walls yet.

Persistent TestingCheats - Cheats Always Enabled! by TwistedMexi


This mod is fairly straight-forward, it turns on testingcheats for you automatically so that you'll never have to enter testingcheats before using a command. This also enables the testingcheats shift-click options such as "Make Happy" and "Reset(Debug)" This saves you from having to re-enter it every time you travel, switch households, or return from CAS.

Simply save the file to your mods folder and leave it zipped!
Once installed, just use cheats as you normally would. It'll do the rest.

Stuff Breaks Far Less Easily by ~MadameButterfly~


This week in my game the sink broke, the toilet broke, the computer broke, and the television broke...all one right after the other. Then I raged quit and made this mod. What I found was that all of the objects that break were set to a chance of 67% breakage. Which I suppose is why they do break all the time. 

So, here are the reduced breakage flavors:

5 Percent - Default chance changed from 67% on all objects to 5%
15 Percent - Default chance changed from 67% on all objects to 15%
30 Percent - Default chance changed from 67% on all objects to 30%

Call Anytime + Relationship Mod by scumbumbo


Got a sim that's up all night? Perhaps they're a criminal, have the never weary trait, or they're just a plain night owl? Tired of not being able to invite your friends over, even though you know they're up too? This mod will put an end to seeing those annoying "John Doe is asleep" notices.

This mod comes in three flavors - you should install only one of them!
CallAnytime - Enables using the phone to chat or invite sims over at any time, day or night.
CallAnytime_ChatLonger - As above, but phone chats will last longer (from 15 to 60 minutes).
CallAnytime_ChatLonger+GainRelationship - As above, but while chatting your relationship level will go up (if they don't dislike you and only up to a limit)

Satisfaction Console Cheat by scumbumbo


Satisfaction Cheat Console Command

This is a simple script to add a console command to allow increasing (or decreasing) satisfaction by any amount that the game can handle. This is based on the whims_give_bucks function in the builtin sim_commands.py script, but is a regular console command that doesn't require testingcheats or debug cheats to be enabled.

Installation

Simply place the zip file into your game Mods folder. This is a script mod, so scripting must be enabled.

As it is a new command, it should not interefere with any other script mods.
