New Precious Treasures by LittleMsSam

i like digging for treasures/collectibles but i missed a "real" treasure as a reward so i made a small tuning mod which adds two precious treasures to the rewards when sims are digging with a treasure map.

No Automatic Promotions by Andrew & OM

Have you ever had a Sim who was happier not being at the top of the career ladder? Have you ever had a Sim who just wanted to focus more on their family, their interests, or traveling? Have you ever just wanted to have a little more realistic control over your Sim's occupation? Unfortunately the game gives limited control over this aspect. The only way to prevent a promotion is by either trying not to get the skills needed for the next level or forcing your Sim to perform poorly at their job.

This mod prevents adult and teen Sims from being automatically promoted at the end of their work day (except for school grades for children and teens). Instead, your Sim will have a new option to call their place of work and ask their boss for a promotion. Using the same formula that the base game uses for the auto-promotions, your Sim will either be promoted or rejected if they do not meet the skill and job performance requirements. When a Sim is rejected, they get an embarrassed mood, and they cannot ask again until they have gotten over their embarrassment. If your Sim is happy with their current job, just don't make the call. They can keep performing well at their job and acquire any skills that they want without being forced to climb the career ladder.

Please note: If you want your Sim to get a promotion, they will have to make a call. A call does note guarantee a Sim's promotion. If their job performance doesn't meet the requirement, their boss will reject their request. That will not alter their current job position at all.

All in One Food Stall by MissChevus

All in One Food Stall

Hello simmers! Today I present my newest mod, All in One Food Stall.
This mod is for simmers who want to try all of the foods at the city living
food stalls but don't have the time to find every one in the game. It's also
good to set up at a park or in a school cafeteria.

How do I get it?
Just go into Buy Mode and look under activities and skills. There you will
find the Uptown Gourmet food stall. This is the stall I changed to sell
everything, even drinks and desserts. If you are placing the stall indoors,
you'll have to use the moveobjects on cheat.

8 Pack of Teen Exclusive Traits by CardTaken

Hi! Triplis here. I've been thinking for a long time about Emotions in TS4 and I thought what better way to put some ideas to work than make a set of Traits exclusive to Teens, a life stage that many agree is sorely lacking in unique gameplay.

So I made a set of 8 Traits, just for Teens. They were a labor of love and sweat, and I learned a lot about modding along the way. I hope you enjoy them.

There is a lot of detail information to say about them. If you would prefer to do as little reading as possible and jump in-game to try them, I nonetheless recommend you at least skim the "What you need to know" section, as it contains some information that can prevent you from becoming very confused.

Happy Simming!

 What you need to know:

1) The package file comes in two versions: Base Game and Expansions (ONLY USE ONE AT A TIME!). The Expansions version includes references to Nightclub venue, Cafe venue, and DJ Mixing skill from Get Together; Singing skill from City Living; and Organ skill from Vampires. Features that are only part of the Expansion version, or are different in the Base Game version, will be denoted with an * in each trait's "Features" section below.

If you are feeling daring and only have some of the above named Expansions, you are welcome to use the Expansions version anyway. I don't have any reason to believe that issues are guaranteed to crop up, but the possibility is there. If you do try this and you run into issues, please let me know, so I can inform people. If it causes significant issues, I may consider splitting things up in more detail in the future.

2) Each custom trait has "Cannot Die" status linked to it; meaning, if your Sim has one of the 8 custom traits, they can't die. Some of the traits revolve around extreme emotions that fall under Angry, Embarrassed, or Playful, so I felt it was important that they are free to have extreme emotions without random emotional deaths. Note that because the traits are exclusive to Teens, they will lose the trait when they Age Up from Teen and therefore lose Cannot Die status in the process. So if you're worried about your Sim never dying, fear not! Age them up to lose the trait and they will be vulnerable to death again.

I may look into making them immune only to emotional deaths in the future. For the time being, this was the most straightforward way for me to do it.

3) You will find the Traits under the Lifestyle category in CAS (but only if your Sim is a Teen!)

Woohoo is exercise by Candyd

Tired of needing a treadmill to make your sims lose weight ? Want to find more fun activities to make your sims lose weight and build muscle, and with less radical results ? ...And it's even better if they're bedroom activities ?
Yes, now your sims can be healthier with practicing regular woohoo !

How do sims behave by default ?

Expect to have to make your sims exercise to make them lose weight or build muscle. The foods they eat make them gain weight, and they can't eliminate all those extra calories any other way.

What does this mod change to the sims' behavior ?

You can now count on bedroom sports to keep your sims in good shape ! Woohoo will now help your sims lose weight and gain muscle mass. Not only this, but in a more progressive and slower way than at the gym. Contrary to workout equipment, don't count on it to make overweight sims skinny or to give them a six-pack, unless if you're very patient, but it will help keeping them in good shape. Woohoo and try for baby both count as exercise, and all woohoo locations have been modded to induce about the same weight loss and muscle gain.
Notice however that only base game woohoo has been modded : in bed, in the telescope, in the rocket ship, and in the hot tub. I don't have all expansion packs and game packs, so I can't mod all woohoo locations.

Listen to children's movies with their baby
Take a bath with your baby
Sleep with their baby
Playing with her baby outside
For the rest, make room for your imagination!

No Happy Environment Moodlets by roBurky

What it does

Happy environment moodlets like 'decorated', 'nicely decorated', and 'cheerful decor' will never be given to sims. Moodlets from emotional aura objects are not affected, because those can already be disabled in-game if you don't want their effects.

Why would you want this?
The whole environment/decoration thing feels like its importance got broken along the way from Sims 2 to Sims 4.

In Sims 2, environment worked like a need bar - it had equal importance on a sims’ mood to their bladder or fun levels.
In Sims 3, its importance got downgraded from a need bar to just a moodlet.
In Sims 4, it’s implemented similarly to Sims 3, except moodlets are now far more powerful than needs bars at positively affecting mood, which has sent it all out of whack. Needs bars no longer directly affect mood, and it takes getting all your needs bars to full to get +1 happy. Whereas environment gives you +1 to +3 happy all the time.

When people complain about sims being overly happy in The Sims 4, I think a good portion of the blame for that can be attributed to the 'nicely decorated' happy moodlets. If you have a room that’s made to look like someone lives there rather than being a sterile plain box, you’re likely to end up with +1 to +3 of permanent happiness added to all your sims, whether you wanted that or not.

Take those moodlets away, and the balance between positive and negative emotions gets more interesting, I feel.

Underweight teens fix - Natural metabolism part 1/3 and More Mods by Candyd

This mod solves the issue related to teenage sims' weight, that causes them to lose too much weight sometimes to the point of being severely underweight.

How does the game behave by default ?

In the Sims 4, teenagers have their own metabolism : it has been set so that they'll gain only half as much weight as any older sim. This was intended to give teenage sims a higher metabolism and to prevent them from being overweight. Unfortunately, the way teenagers' metabolism works can sometimes cause them to become skinny to the point of being underweight.

What does this mod change to the game's behavior ?

Teenage sims' metabolism has been "fixed" to function exactly the same way as adult sims' metabolism. The mod will prevent them from being skinnier than adults. In return, teenage sims have now the same risk of being overweight as adult sims. The issue can be avoided with having the two other parts of the Natural metabolism mod installed.

Anxious Trait (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) by skilynn

Inspired by saphryn's Depressed trait, iridescentlaura's Social Anxiety Disorder trait, emile20's Bipolar trait, and miceylulu's Borderline Personality Disorder trait, I have made a trait to portray Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is an anxiety disorder characterized by excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry, that is, apprehensive expectation about events or activities. This excessive worry often interferes with daily functioning, as individuals with GAD typically anticipate disaster, and are overly concerned about everyday matters such as health issues, money, death, family problems, friendship problems, interpersonal relationship problems, or work difficulties. [x]

Basics
Bladder, Hygiene, Fun, and Energy decrease at a faster rate. Hunger and Social decrease slower.
Creative skills, especially musical skills, are built faster, as they are common coping mechanisms for people who suffer from this disorder. The Video gaming skill also increases faster.
If you have Spa Day, the Wellness skill is built faster, as meditation and yoga are common coping skills.
Since it is hard to balance anxiety with logic, the Logic skill is harder to build.
Social skills are harder to build.
Anxious Sims find it harder to succeed in "high-stress" or "high-risk" jobs: Astronaut, Business, Secret Agent, Doctor (Get to Work), and Politics (City Living). It is easier for them to succeed in other jobs, though: Painter and Tech Guru.
Teens with the trait have a harder time succeeding in school, and succeeding in the Retail career.
Sims with GAD often feel misunderstood, so it is harder for them to build relationships.

Aging for Vamps by Pawlq

Some players complain for no aging Vamps...
So I change this!

Now the vampires are aging ... BUT they live this same time like mortal Sims.
I will try to change this for x2 or x3 (like in Sims 3) , but I can't find this in xlm file.

No time to change the age group  . They have information about "lived days"

Fix - Not Sitting While Playing on Console by Pawlq

I was inspired by Ravenwolf to create this mod. He made fix for watching TV

Unfortunately EA crash Sims behavior with any TV interactions - they stay front to TV, don't want to sit on sofa or chair

My mod fix sitting while playing video games on console.

Like in Ravenwolf's mod - changed advertising for the sofa, chair, and love seat from 10 to 1000 in file game. Now Sim sit when playing on console.

Club Work Out No Jogging by Eurynome

Summary
Club hangouts have so much potential for interesting gameplay and socializing. However, in Maxis gameplay, the Work Out activity will actively encourage your Sims to jog in addition to other athletic actions. It can be frustrating when your fitness club (or any gathering of club Sims who happen to have the Work Out activity selected) prioritize jogging over other activities, or over each other. They end up jogging all over the map and getting distracted with strolling townies.

With that in mind, I tweaked the approved tasks for the club Work Out activity. Sims will no longer prioritize jogging during club hangouts if their club has the Work Out activity. Sims can and will still jog due to their own autonomy, traits, and mood. However, they will no longer be compelled to by the club. This mod has no effect on autonomy outside of a club hangout.

Improved Fast Food Career by AOM

Improved Fast Food Career for Adults (not an override) + a small improvement to the Teen Fast Food Career (override)

We wanted to create a legitimate daytime paid occupation for Sims who don't necessarily want a high-powered career and who can't or won't work long hours. It's perfect for single parents who need to be home for their kids after school and Sims who want to focus on something other than a career. For Sims who decide they would like a bit more involvement with their work, two additional full-time levels are available. Those pay more to reflect the benefits that come with full-time employment. Teens will still have the career option as EA designed it. However, when they age up, they will have the option to keep their job title if they select the adult version of the career.

What this mod will do

Adult Sims

Can select the Fast Food career track as they would any other.
Work during daytime hours Mon-Fri.
Hours grow gradually longer as they advance through the levels.
Get paid a bit more per hour for their work than the teen track pays (enough to just support a small family on their own).
Can be promoted to two levels after the original three the teen career has, each has a different uniform and requirements (see below).
Will not be rewarded for going to work in a flirty, silly, or hysterical mood.

Adult Fast Food Career: titles, pay, hours, bonuses, and promotion requirements

Level 1: Table Cleaner, $18/hr, 9am-1pm (5 hours).
Level 2: Fry Cook, $20/hr, 8am-1pm (6 hours), $325, same as the teen career.
Level 3: Food Service Cashier, $22/hr, 8am-2pm (7 hours), $375, charisma (level 2) and logic (level 2).
Level 4: Shift Supervisor, $35, 8am-3pm (8 hours), $425, charisma (level 5), logic (level 6), cooking (level 7).
Level 5: Fast Food Joint Manager, $50, 9am-4pm (8 hours), $800 + a small amount of additional paid time off.

Hot-headed Don't Smash Dollhouses by roBurky
