Pregnant Aging & Death by PolarBearSims

Added: Pregnant Death Flavor
Made changes to my Vampire Tuning so there will be no conflcts. Read the packs carefully so you know which ones you want to pair up with if you choose.

Have you ever noticed how when ever a sim is pregnant they pretty much become immortal? They don't ever age like the rest of them so they can never have a birthday  I would be rather disappointed not getting to have a birthday party! Also they defy death over and over. Nothing seems to harm them.

So what does this mod do? Basically what the title says. Now your sims can celebrate that much needed birthday and have a party and have fun! Just be carefull! They are no longer immune to death and can now die in every way all the other sims can.

This mod includes pregnant vampires to die in the sun as well. However, if you do not have that pack, that will not be in your game. This does not give you vampires. You need the pack for this option to happen. Also there was one for pufferfish from City Living. That one would also be another that will not show up if you do not have that pack. All the others for hunger, elder death-if pregnant sim ages into elder and dies early from exhaustion- and anger and all of the others your sim will pass away.

Since Embyr311 has not been updated their original mod for the toddler patch for a while and the original mod makes toddlers' trait disappeared, I have decided to make updated versions of the mod.

I used Embyr311's tuning file by editing the numbers in xml and added toddlers' part.

You can add/ remove Trait to Sim by cheats

Use ctrl+shift+C
Type "testing chests on"
Type "traits.equip_trait <traitnameNoSpaces>"

And remove Trait from Sim by
Type "traits.remove_trait <traitnameNoSpaces>"

Added flavor to allow vampires to drink from pregnant sims!

I created this mod because it really bothered me how the sims don't see to find it fun to socialize with other sims including dates. So I decided to take a few interactions from each of the catagories and let them get some fun gain in their needs bar. So now if you use some of the interactions in these packs you will get some fun in Friendly, Romance, and Vampires. I have them broken up into Flavors that way you can pick and choose. They can be gotten together except the Vampire Flavors. You can only choose one of the Vampire flavors since they change the same XML's. All Vampire Flavors will have the fun motive raised like the other interactions.

If you choose a Vampire Flavor you need the Vampires Expansion Pack for them to work. Make sure you read each of them so you make sure you get the ones you want.

Some of the interactions have been changed to Autonomous

Thanks you fellow simmer, luvbunnyxx2, if you use MCCC you can set it to allow sims to die off of lots and that will allow the vampire add on to kill the sims off lot

I used these with MCCC and seem to be compatible with each other.

I plan on eventually learning injections in coding so one day these do not conflict with others but until then,  these will more than likely conflict with any other mod that changes these XML's.

I plan on doing more flavors in the future but here are the ones currently ready for download!

FIX - Attend to Rabbit Hole events by Pawlq


In EP City Living EA added invite to event like Opera, Circus or Concert.
Last patch (witch Toddlers) crash it and Sims don't attend to events.

So I made they go now

In XML file this event was 0 hour in duraction (reason why it did not work). I change it for 4 hours (like was before last update).

Sims 4 NORMAL Lifespan Mod (108+ day lifespan) by caucasiandad


Hey guys! This is the first mod I've made for TS4 and I would like to share it with you!

Description:
When I got TS4, I was disappointed to find out there was no lifespan sliders! I've struggled with the short adulthood; and after awhile of using other people's mods (and straight up turning auto-aging off), I decided it was time to create my own lifespan mod!! (sorry for all the !!!'s, I'm just very exited!!!)

Details:
Without further ado, here are the adjusted ages:

(Stage: Maxis Normal Lifespan Days --> My Normal Lifespan Days)

Baby: 3 --> 2 (unplayable/limited interactions=boring)
Toddler: 7 --> 8 (funnest life stage to play)
Child: 13 --> 15 (more time to do things other than complete aspiration)
Teen: 13 --> 10 (pretty much an adult but more school and less woohoo)
Young Adult: 20 --> 25 (a good time also the creator of a success future)
Adult: 20 --> 48 (gotta have time to raise those babies)
Elder: 10 --> 25 (what to do with all this spare time)

The Scrying basin will allow you to learn other sims (that you've met) traits and career, but that's not all you can scry other realms and gain a vision that will effect you emotionally and of course you can draw energy from the ether to restore our energy motive because sleeping is for mundanes. There are cool effects that come with the scrying too.

You can find the "scrying basin" in the activities/knowledge section of the build buy catalogue

The art of magic is a few weeks solid production magic mod that will allow your sims to learn the secrets of magic at the altar of magic, look for the altar under Knowledge in activities section of the build buy menu.

There are quite a few spell effects from summoning crystals to arcane blasting sims that annoy you. This spell pack has something for every sim, but its not the end I will keep updating this mod with more spells as new ideas come to me and new expansions are released.

Go forth mages and show the world the power of MAGIC

Labor Puddles by PolarBearSims


Hi everyone! Welcome to my first mod!

This is updated for newest game patch on 2/2/17

This mod creates puddles of water under your seem during labor. Each time your sim contracts there will be puddles. As of right now after multiple code changes I haven't figured out how to stop a puddle each time the sim contracts. I am currently happy with how this mod works and may not return to it to change the amount the sim's water breaks lol I will, however, do my best to keep the mod updated for each patch.

This mod is base game and doesn't require any expansion or stuff packs.

If you have a mod that allows teen pregnancy, it works with teens as well.

I have tested the mod with no mods in my folder and with MCCC. I used MCCC to force my sim into labor for testing. I have tested this mod multiple times and has worked good so far in my game.

This is an override of the labor xml file listed below:
S4_E882D22F_00000000_0000000000012CA8_Idle_Buff_Pregnant_InLabor.xml

Since this is an override, most likely will conflict with any other mod that overrides the same file. Use at your own risk with other mods.

With my testing, as of right now it is compatible with MCCC and has not had any problems.

"Healing from Anxiety" trait  - Details:

 With this trait i wanted to add a positive part to this disorder, the fact that's possible to FEEL BETTER. What i meant about "healing" is accepting it and deal with it.

I won't give you all the details about this trait because i think it's nice to find out during gameplays.

This trait has the following buffs:

Four buffs that are allowed indoors and home lot; (tense, inspired, uncomfortable and sad).

One that is allowed outdoors; (Happy)

Five that works practicing the following skills:

Fitness; (Focused)

Wellness; (Energized)

Singing; (Confident)

Charisma; (Happy)

Writing. (Focused)

Child Care Career for Adults and Improved Babysitter Career for Teens by Andrew & OM


This mod adds a Child Care career for adults and fixes the teen babysitter career a little bit. The pay is changed for both ages to be more consistent with wages for other careers in the game. It is always a part-time job even at the top level of the career, so Sims that aren't interested in long hours have an occupation option suited to their wants. Also, since we thought it was kind of silly to have a uniform for babysitting and working in a daycare, Sims will go to work in their everyday outfit instead of the ugly babysitter uniform that came with the game.

What this mod will do

Adult Sims

Can select Child Care as a career and it is a part-time day job
Will not wear a uniform to work
Have the same first three levels in the Child Care career that teens have in the Babysitter career
Have an additional two levels that teens do not have
Achieving the top level will give the Sim the "Observant" trait as a reward along with their cash bonus

Level 1: Babysitter, Mon-Fri, 11:00-4:00, $20/hr, Charisma 2
Level 2: Nanny, Mon-Fri, 11:00-4:00, $23/hr, Charisma 3
Level 3: Daycare Assistant: Mon-Fri, 9:00-3:00, $24/hr, Logic 3
Level 4: Day Care Teacher: Mon-Fri, 9:00-3:00, $29/hr, Charisma 4/Logic 5
Level 5: Special Needs Educator: Mon-Fri, 9:00-3:00, $38/hr, Reward-observant trait

Teen Sims

The first two levels have their own aspiration instead of both using the same one, and both are enabled
Will not wear a uniform to babysit
Will be able to retain their job title if they select the Child Care career after aging up
The titles are not changed but the hours and pay are a bit different

Level 1: Sat-Sun, 6:00-11:00, $20/hr, Charisma 2
Level 2: Same days and hours, $23/hr, Charisma 3
Level 3: Sat-Sun, 9:00-3:00 (daytime hours), 24/hr

This Routine will help you to get rid of all angry feelings.

This Routine will help you to feel happy again when you're feeling sad or embarrased.

Emotional Inertia by roBurky


What it does
When your sim enters an emotion, they get a long-lasting moodlet for that emotion. This moodlet starts strong, gets weaker over time, and can be reduced faster by doing emotion-reducing interactions like giving yourself a pep talk.

This mod also includes an edited package of Zerbu's mod 'Uncomfortable Boosts Negative Emotions', which makes uncomfortable moodlets boost the score of negative emotions in the same way happy boosts the score of positive emotions.

Why would you want this?
In the base game, sims' emotions typically flip about on four hour timers like little clockwork goldfish. Nothing affects their mood for long, and once you're familiar with the game, it's not difficult to get the few points needed to change their mood when you want to.

With this mod, once something happens to put a sim in a mood, that mood will likely last at least a few hours, and even after that, it will take time and effort to put them in a different frame of mind. The aim is for this to make your sims feel a little more human, and to make managing their mood take a little more planning and be a little more challenging.

Emotional Inertia in detail
When your sim of child age or older enters an emotion other than happy or uncomfortable, they will be given a moodlet for that emotion: +2 for a positive emotion, or +3 for a negative emotion. When that moodlet’s timer runs out, it will be replaced by a weaker moodlet.

For positive emotions:
+2 ‘Still X’ - lasts 15 hours, followed by
+1 ‘Lingering X thoughts’ - lasts 20 hours

For negative emotions:
+3 ‘Still X’ - lasts 10 hours, followed by
+2 ‘Lingering X’ - lasts 10 hours, followed by
+1 ‘Lingering X thoughts’ - lasts 20 hours

After your sim enters another emotion, the inertia moodlet from the previous emotion will be removed.
The amount of points needed to enter the ‘very’ stage of an emotion has been raised to allow for these changes.

Blicblock - Improve Logic Skill by Pawlq


Default in game, Sims need use telescope or chess table to improve logic skill...

In The Sims 4 is one logical game called "Blicblock" - looks like TETRIS and how I remember Tetris was very good for logical thinking  . So with my mod Blicblock game will be improved Logic

  Logic skill only be improved in Play on computer and only as normal game (Play Game Tournament like default - improve Video Game)
