Updated - Anatomically Correct Mod for Males by Cmar

Anatomical correctness is here for TS4 sims teen through elder!

This mod will give your Sims 4 male sims teen through elder their missing equipment. It will also make the male bottom visible as a clothing choice in CAS - click on Bottoms and clear any filtering options to find it.


The mesh is the same one I used for Sims 3, originally supplied by Rockerduck. It is NOT morphable at this time.

Installation: Download the .package file and put it in your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder.

Troubleshooting: If you have problems, please explain what happened or didn't happen. Be as detailed as possible. I won't answer posts that just say "It doesn't work."

Update 9/18/14: Modified to not conflict with body hair mods. There should be no conflicts with properly made tops, shoes, or body hair. HOWEVER, any tattoos, skin details, etc that are applied to the side of the lower left hip will show up on the p(Google Censorship)s. Unfortunately my choice of where to map the texture is very limited and this is the best I can do for now.

    Nice. But would it be possible for it to show up as a bottom (Nude) clothing item in all the categories not just every day???

    Opps! It is possible to make nude bottom appear all categories - select the category, at the top of the list is the small rectangular box saying what category it is press the x to clear filter and the nude bottom should now be at the top of the list! Yeah.

    absolutely disgusting to see people praise this hideous mod. She claims this is anatomically correct when its a product of genital mutilation. Absolutely horrible.

      are you talking about the fact that it's a circumcised mod...? i mean, you're wrong, but whatever. maybe you should research a little bit about FGM. because circumcision is not a patch on it. it's actually a very healthy thing to have done. it helps with personal hygiene, makes sex better, and actually most women think foreskins are disgusting.

      despite this being a curiously interesting mod for many, including myself, thank you, loving the idea of having my male sim fully 'equipped' here are faq about circumcision, both variants have their pros and cons, i guess it is a case of personal choice, rather than everyone throwing around their opinions and as for women who think foreskins are disgusting, this article should answer some questions and give them insight to all pros and cons about circumcision and foreskins http://www.cirp.org/pages/parents/FAQ/

      Pros and Cons? You're discussing violating the bodies of newborn children. It's an unncessary violation of their human rights. The vast majority of the entire world has their foreskins intact and will go their entire life without any problem what-so-ever. The pseudoscience of the US promotes falsehoods about circumcision that no other medical organizaitons in the world agrees with. Not even ISRAEL supports routine circumcision. They refute the medical claims made by the US.

      And whoever is cowardly pointing to FGM, you're saying, cutting the bodies of males is okay, but cutting the bodies of females is wrong. Which, by definition, is sexism. So you might want to think harder about your beliefs. If violating the bodies of females is bad, so should violating the bodies of males.

    Click on the title "offline sims". That will bring you to cmar's site. Download from that site. Erect versions and another version for female / transsexual Sims are at the SexySims site.

    So I downloaded the mod and it worked fine. When my female sim go into the shower, I noticed she had a penis too! I'd prefer it if she didn't have a penis. Lol. Pls help

      I have the same issue..please someone help..my adul female is fine, but her teen age daughter has a penis..lol..otherwise very happy that my man doesn't look like ken..how can I fix the issue??? PLS

      Hi,
      Remove the mod from your mod folder, boot game then save and exit (this will clear that issue). Also you can use Sims4Studio to adjust (uncheck a box) any settings that affect the adult female's body. Some clothing mods become default under garments because of wrong settings checked. Sims4studio will correct these issues, and it's a free tool.
