Unemotional Trait by Tallydom

A trait for sims who have no emotions.

This is my first trait/mod for the Sims 4, and has been playtested. It was inspired by LaurenzSide's Yandere Simulator challenge, and I originally created this trait thinking it would be fitting for a Yandere character.

This trait basically disables all moods (Happy, Sad, Angry, Dazed, Flirty, etc.) and your Sim will stay as Fine.

This trait does NOT stop your Sim's needs from going down, but it does not affect them.

I literally hated this trait when I first developed it, because there were all the screenshots that I needed to take. In the end, I had to shrink down the main one, due to it being too big a file for Mod The Sims.

Spiritual Custom Trait by kateintheAM

I originally had uploaded this on my Simlish in the City Tumblr, but as I have not been keeping up with it as much as I'd like, I wanted to have a more permanent spot in the Sims community so people can enjoy this trait. I tried to make this trait as inclusive as possible, not necessarily focusing on any real life religions or beliefs. I may continue to update it with more whims and more spiritual-like behavior if you guys like it!

Introducing the Spiritual Trait!
Sims won't get Flirty or Angry, but they will become Inspired, Focused, and Happy.
Sims are obsessed with spreading the "good word." They will have whims to befriend and talk to everyone.
This trait is available to all ages and genders.

Sims 4 Occult Life Stage: Succubus by batman101

I made 7 interactions that a sim can use once they become a succubus.

Beguile - works just like base game version but with a shorter cool down and uses the blow kiss animation

Drain Energy - Drain a sims energy motive to restore the succubus hunger, fun, and energy motive

Drain Life Force - Same as Drain Energy but kills the sims unlocking 4 new interactions for the succubus

The unlocked interactions are: Teen, Young Adult, Adult, and Elder allowing the succubus to change her age

I hope you guys will have fun with this mod and I'm also open for any ideals and suggestion

Simple steps to becoming a succubus in the sims 4 using this mod.

1. Your sim must be female
2. you need to buy the mirror called "Lilith's Gaze" and place it on a lot. Lilith's Gaze can be found in the mirror section of buymode.
3. Click on the mirror "Lilith's Gaze" and Choose "Talk to Lilith" while your sim is in a sad or embarrassed mood
4. Lilith will give you two options once you're done talking with her
5. Use "Talk to Lilith" from "Lilith's Gaze"(mirror) again and choose to either accept or decline her gift
6. Accepting her gift with turn your female sim into a succubus
7. Declining her gift will have no negative impact but you'll have to start from step 3 again to be offered her gift

There's no turning back once your female sim becomes a succubus

Crazy trait by DrHouse93

Ah, insanity...who isn't fascinated by that? Luckily, EA gave us a nice Insane trait...which allows our Sims to just talk/flirt with themselves or with objects, and have random animations. Other than that, nothing more differentiates an Insane Sim from a normal one. That's why I think the Insane trait can't cover all the different degrees of Insanity, nor it can properly portrait characters like the Joker, Harley Quinn, or Albert Wesker. If you think that, too, this is the mod for you

WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?

It adds a brand new trait for your Sims: the Crazy trait.

Crazy Sims are Playful by default, can't become Sad and Embarrassed, and build their Mischief skill and relationships faster! They can't become Focused, and Inspired, though

Curious Trait by UniSims101

Curious Sims are always interested in the world around them. They find out certain things more quickly and are no stranger to danger. These sims tend to be inspired and sometimes tense or bored if they can't find anything. They are always wondering about the world around them and occasionally want to try new things and see what happens.

PlantSim Trait by jackboog21

PlantSims are back! Well, about as back as I can make them.

Cool Kitchen Stuff added tons of Ice Cream and flavors, one of which could temporarily transform your sim into a PlantSim for 4 hours. Well, with this trait you can turn your sim into a PlantSim forever by giving them the Green Life moodlet forever. Meaning your sims will become green and occasionally grow leaves. Once the moodlet's 4 hours are up it will simply replace itself.

In addition to keeping them in this state, the trait will also give sims some other perks. PlantSims will get whims related to Gardening, Swimming and if Outdoor Retreat is installed, they'll also get whims for Herbalism. PlantSims can also build Gardening and Herbalism skills much faster than normal sims. And because of them always having the Green Life moodlet, their default mood should be Happy.

Townies are also able to randomly get this trait, so you may see one or two PlantSims walking around town.

When you first create a PlantSim, the moodlet will take a few Sim minutes to appear. There's not much I can do to fix this other than suggest setting their skintone to green before leaving CAS or just waiting. Do note that this will not change the Sim's hair color, you'll have to do that yourself. And do remember, removal of the trait will set a sim back to being normal sim.

Insane Trait More Animations (1.18) by Shimrod101

An Insane sim will sometimes play the trait animation where they crouch and look from side to side and sniff under their arm. This mod adds around a dozen other animations into the mix, so the sim will play one of these (or the original one) at random.

The Insane sim will also do one of these moves much more often than in vanilla game; it will be 5 or 6 times per hour when using this mod.

The Insane Trait also causes the sim to talk to themselves or talk at objects; this function is not altered by this mod.

Rebel Trait by o0ohaleyo0o

Rebels tend to excel in the more less regulated areas of life. They progress faster in the Criminal career than other sims.
A Rebel sim has their ups and downs ranging from fury to overbearing confidence, those ups and downs aside these sims
Learn the mischief skill a lot faster than others. They love the guitar as one of their favourite outlets to vent their
angst and frustrations with the world and it's rules, therefore they tend to learn the guitar slightly faster than other
sims. These sims also tend to learn the handiness skill slightly quicker due to them preferring to do things on their own,
rather than have some one else do it or have a manual tell them how to do it. Rebels also increase their fitness skill slightly
quicker than others as well. This is because they prefer to stay fit so as to allow for more dangerous activities. ;P

Retired Scientist Reimagined by coolspear1

A set of mods for Non-Scientists, Ex-Scientists and Retired Scientists alike to work at home, and an alternative fix for the recent broken serum/trait glitch.

1. New Trait Icon - Repairing what is now somewhat broken
With the March 2016 patch, Maxis were considerate enough to expand the serum making on the Chemistry Lab so that any sim leaving or retiring from the Scientist Career would "remember" how to make the serums, and not instantly forget as soon as they exited FutureSim Labs for the last time. A step in the right direction, after many players continually requested they do this. They created a brand new hidden trait called "Has Been Scientist" to be given to all those sims leaving or retiring from the career. And hence no longer forgetting how to make serums. Nice.

Bipolar Trait by FrillySimmer

I haven’t made a trait in a long time, so here’s a new one for you all. Recently I read a book entitled ‘All The Bright Places’ it was such an inspiring book and one of the main characters in it suffered from Bipolar Disorder. That’s sorta what gave me the idea to make this trait for you.

This trait Includes two new custom buffs.

Buff 1 (Depressed)

Harder to make progress in your career
Fun decays quicker
Social decays slower
All skills are harder to gain
Buff 2 (Mania)

Constantly feels energized
Energy decays slower
Fun increases faster
Level up in all careers and skills faster
Each Buff Lasts Around 1 Sim Day.

Reaper Trait by Demeg

Reapers.. they know when your number is up.

These sims are quite similar to their patron, Death.

Originally I wanted the grim reaper to join one of my households but when I learned he couldn't woohoo/date/kiss without losing his special effects I was heart broken. I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a trait that emulates some of his behaviors.

Currently this trait applies the following effects to sims.

Immortality - Sims with this trait CANNOT die nor do they age.
Motive Freezing - Just like the actual grim reaper sims with this trait will only need to worry about their social/fun need.
Grim's Walk Cycle - Sims with this trait will hover and leave behind a black trail of smoke where ever they go.
Grim's Voice - The reaper's unique voice will be applied to sims with this trait. (I noticed that if it's your first time adding the trait to a sim their voice won't change till AFTER they leave the CAS)
Emotional Immunity - Reaper's are never sad nor can they become sad. They're the ultimate counter to gloomy sims and tragic clowns alike.

Savant Trait Faster Skills (1.15.55) by Shimrod101

After acquiring the Savant Trait a sim will skill 25% faster in vanilla game, which isn't very noticeable. This mod alters the trait such that the sim skills up 5 times faster or 12 times faster. The point of this is to use this mod and the Savant trait as a fast skills mod; thereby avoiding the wonky side effects from all of the fast skills mods which have been made, at least the ones I've heard of.

When a sim skills up quicker to a higher level with this mod, the new skill level is real, the actual new skill level of the sim. If the mod is uninstalled, the UI does not adjust the sim back down to a level where they 'should have been' as is happening with the wonky fast skills mods. That issue doesn't occur here, it doesn't apply because the Savant Trait is constructed to give the sim this faster skilling ability; this mod simply increases the multiplier beyond where vanilla game has it.

The Unmotivited Custom Trait by DrkMightyena

Do you want a Sim who is lazy, but not lazy? A Sim who is a completely different person in the office? A Sim who just CAN NOT be bothered with work? Do you thirst for some bad traits, just to even the game out a bit? Well do I have a mod for you!
