1) 1 Task Gives Max

Exactly in the same way it works for the Scientist version. All your doctor need do is one, single task up on the Daily Task Board and it will fill the bar to max. Then that's it, you are a fantastic worker who will get top reports and top rewards for the day, and that day has only just begun! The rest of the day, you can lark about till your heart's content. Your job, your way. Or you could carry on doing more tasks if you feel in any way sorry for those poor, sick sims. You are a doctor, and you did take an oath after all. So put down those golf clubs and go help the sick.

Drop Out of High School and Get a Real Job by telford


These mods will allow your teens to drop out of High School and get real jobs. Teens with a C or D grade in High School will drop out and be able to join any of the base game and Get to Work adult careers.

High School Dropout

Install either the "No high school - C grade" or the "No high school - D grade" packages (or both) to have your teens drop out when their grades drop to those levels. If you don't want you kids to age up to a teen that can't go to high school use the D grade package only.

Use the "Careers.demote Highschool" cheat to get your teen to drop out of High School.

Hire One Additional Host - Restaurant by lindseyy

I have always wanted to be allowed to hire two host for my restaurant instead of one in The Sims 4 Dine Out and now you can do just that.

When you purchase a restaurant, you are only allowed to hire one host. With this mod, you will have the ability to hire one additional host once you have obtained enough perk points. Once you have obtained enough perk points you will be able to unlock one additional host through your Restaurant Perks. I hope you all Enjoy

A set of mods for Non-Scientists, Ex-Scientists and Retired Scientists alike to work at home, and an alternative fix for the recent broken serum/trait glitch.

1. New Trait Icon - Repairing what is now somewhat broken
With the March 2016 patch, Maxis were considerate enough to expand the serum making on the Chemistry Lab so that any sim leaving or retiring from the Scientist Career would "remember" how to make the serums, and not instantly forget as soon as they exited FutureSim Labs for the last time. A step in the right direction, after many players continually requested they do this. They created a brand new hidden trait called "Has Been Scientist" to be given to all those sims leaving or retiring from the career. And hence no longer forgetting how to make serums. Nice.

Homework Fix by scumbumbo



It used to be just teens who left homework lying around all the time, but now the children do too! EAxis added code to the homework actions which was designed to cause sims leave items on a surface (desk or table) when their next action was compatible with staying at that surface UNLESS they were in a cafe.

Unfortunately, that means the sim would leave their homework lying there when they did finally decide to leave the table or desk. Also, if they were doing homework anywhere else (not a surface) the sim would reset and drop the homework at their feet. Rather than trying to fix this "feature" I thought it best to just take it out, and that seems to work well.

This mod removes that code from all homework actions for both child and teen sims, and instead restores the old default of "just pick your damned homework up" all the time. Of course, this doesn't always work, because this is The Sims 4 - but it works far more reliably (100% in testing, but odds are it won't work everytime).

Now you can stay at work for 15 hours while still having the option to stay later and the end of the shift.

Not only do you stay at work for longer hours you now get double the wages......

This mod changes the active career duration of the Doctor, Scientist and Detective only.......... All other careers will retain their normal working hours as set out by EA.

Business Work In Career Category by Sleepy-Genius


This tuning mod puts Fill Out Paperwork, Investments, and Research Stocks, which is found under the 'Web' category on the computer pie menu, under the 'Career' category.

I just think it would make a bit more since to put the career oriented work under 'Career'; plus, I always seem to navigate there first looking for it.

 Please note. This mod will only work if your sim is employed in the Business Career.

Increased limit for hiring! by arkeus17


Since the update 1.13.102.1010 the game, it is possible to hire some services, such as mixologist, entertainer and caterer. However it is possible to hire them only once per lot, and then with this mod, I increased the maximum number of times it is possible to 99, then it is possible hire as many as bartender, caterer and entertainers you want!

New Mods at Mod The Sims


Easy Performance for Active Jobs by Egureh

You may know my "Work/Study Hard" Gains More Performance mod, which is for away jobs.
Now here I made a mod for active jobs to gain performance easiler. You can use them both.
This mod only increases PERFORMANCE at ACTIVE jobs. Your Sims still have to do the extra requirements.
*Active job means: Follow your Doctor/Detective/Scientist Sims to their work place.


Mod Effects 2 Flavors. CHOOSE ONLY ONE.

Performance X2: Performance of active jobs gains at 2x of EA defaults.
Large - 50% (EA: 25%)
Medium - 30% (EA: 15%)
Small - 14% (EA: 7%)
Performance X4: Performance of active jobs gains at 4x of EA defaults.
Large - 100% (EA: 25%)
Medium - 60% (EA: 15%)
Small - 28% (EA: 7%)

Both flavors have following effects: Performance of active jobs losses at 1/5 of EA defaults.
Large - 6% (EA: 30%)
Medium - 4% (EA: 20%)
Small - 2% (EA: 10%)


Hygiene + Mod by Fissure

What the mod changes
I went a little different route on this one compared to my other mods in this theme.
All sinks have been given the hygiene gain from the sink with the highest hygiene gain in the game (6 is description value in-game).
Showers have been increased to 10 (2.51 in the game files) with an exception for the Get To Work reward shower that was given a value of 3.0 in the game files (rewards should be rewarding).
Bathtubs have also been increased to 10 (2.51) ingame with an exception for the two most expensive ones that have really high values at default for some reason (3.5 and 7.0).
The two hot-tubs hygiene performance was not changed since I consider they are not for getting clean, but i did raise the fun and environment on the cheaper hot-tub to that of the more expensive one.


Bar Mod (Inreases the drink quality on all bars) by Fissure 

What the mod changes
So this mod will change the "Drink Quality" modifier for all the bars to 10 (multiplier 3.5 in-game).
So now you can use whatever bar that best fits you decoration taste and not get punished with low quality drinks.
Like my previous mod I left all other stats on the bars unchanged.

Higher & More Realistic Overmax Pay by weerbesu


Description
After the 1.5.139 update, Sims can get promotions even after reaching the max career level. By default, Sims get a $10 raise for each overmax level, regardless of what career she/he is in. With this mod Sims will now get a 10% raise instead.

For example, here's the hourly pay for the doctor career, default vs. this mod.


Currently it works for all careers.


Installation
This mod uses the new script mod extension .ts4script introduced with the patch 1.9.80.
To install, unzip the file and place the ts4script file in your mods folder.

Compatibility
This mod is compatible for Version 1.9.80

Conflicts
This mod modifies the get_hourly_pay function in careers.career_base and will conflict with other mods that also modify this function.

DRs for Pencil and Children's Homework by Motherof70


It's with much joy I bring this beautiful TS2 mesh to the new game.  Sunni over at Plumb Bob Keep made this into a DR for the pencil in TS2 from a decorative set created by Cynnix, and it's one of the things I want to keep.

In testing I discovered I couldn't live with the default homework I so attempted to create a new texture using an old bookcase from TSM.  The texture is tiny and I found it quite difficult to work with (I really don't like recolouring) but it suits my purposes.  Also, in the inventory the homework retains its old colour but looks fine out in the world.

Regarding the quill, you will find that when kids (do any other sims use the pencil?  I haven't seen it) go to chew on their quill, as if it were a pencil, it will go through their head.  In testing I found they only do this once when they sit and do their homework beginning to end.  I think it's a small price to pay for such a beautiful mesh.

The font is too small to read, the original is just grey lines, but there's a wee Pratchett line there from Reaper Man.

Warning

Education Career TS3 to TS4 by OhMy!!


So... This is it ! A custom career for the Sims 4, inspired by the Education career from the Sims 3 Ambitions. The career is for young adult to elder and doesn't have chance card. For now, it's translated to English and French.

It has one and only track, no branches, and has 10 levels with only one track, like the original.
This career hasn't daily task, and the ideal mood is Focused ( not playful, for me, School is not cool XD). To progress in this career, you'll need to skill up Charisma and Logic. Oh, and you'll need to love kids and teens XD !

Level 1 : Playground Monitor
As a Playground Monitor you have an important job observing recess and saving the pupils from sticky slides and painful bruises after ill-fated games of tag. Grab your clipboard and your whistle and prepare for some outdoor fun! 

20$/hour, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Level 2 : Teacher's Aide
When the other teachers need help grading papers and erasing chalkboards they turn to you. You are well liked by the school staff because of your calm demeanor, punctuality, and reliable nature. Just remember to keep your hall passes locked away or you'll be the one staying after school for detention. 

24$/hour, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Charisma level 2

Level 3 Substitute Teacher
Got the flu? Not you! When the faculty is out for a bout, they rely on you to take over. Keep up the hard work and you might have your own classroom one day. But stay away from the cafeteria's 'Meat Pie Surprise' or you'll need a substitute teacher too. 

29§/hour, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
