Basically this trait simulates having an Anxiety Disorder (which I have so I tried to make it as similar as possible). The default emotion the sim experiences is “Tense”, so they automatically have that moodlet up. The sim’s fun, social, and energy will deplete twice as fast as they would regularly, and they will be able to gain skills half as quickly as a regular sim and it is twice as hard for them to develop relationships.
