Born Chef Trait by savass
These Sims are gifted Chefs and every meal they make is a work of art
They achieve cooking, gourment cooking, baking and herbing skills much faster than the regular Sims, have a better performance in Culinary Career, hunger decays a bit lower and they aspire to Cooking. WARNING - They are Gods in kitchen!
You'll need GTW EP and OR GP to unlock all mod's possibilities like baking and herbisam skill but i think can work perfectly without the packs.
Cultured Vampire Custom Trait by calinselene
Not all vamps are alike, so I'm creating a few different types, starting with this one.
This trait creates a cultured, Snobbish, Creative, and Romantic vampire. They love art, music and beautiful surroundings, and are Neat and Perfectionist and Self Assured.
Their base emotion is Flirty and they are never Dazed or Embarrassed.
Hunger, Bladder, Hygiene, Energy all decay slower, while Social decays quite a bit faster and Fun a little bit faster.
These vamps build friendships very quickly and their relationships decay slower.
They gain all skills a bit faster, but the creative skills (musical instruments, writing, painting and photography) are gained a great deal faster. Charisma is also gained twice as fast as normal sims. Mischief gains 1.5x faster as does Logic.
Most Whims are Creativity, Romance, Social or Logic based.
No Autonomous Buy Retail Store (BugFix) by scumbumbo
I thought it was my fault, hitting some new hotkey key on my keyboard or something, until I saw others were having the issue with the Buy a Retail Store lot map showing up on occasion. It's worst at the library where there are many sims using computers, so that's what I looked at first.
Sure enough, sims can attempt to autonomously buy a retail store lot from the computers, including all those NPCs joyfully browsing porn the MTS website at the library.
Just pop this package into your mods folder and that annoyance is over.
