The Sims 4 Mod Manager is a convenient tool used to make management of mods easier.

Features

• Drag and drop (supports more than one drop)
• Does not make use of the Resource.cfg – Mods are backed up to a folder, and are copied to the “Mods” folder when enabled.
• Enable multiple mods at once
• Disable multiple mods at once
• Shows mod type – “Package” if it is a “.package” file, and “Script” if it is a “.zip” file. Also shows icons for both types.
• Supports sub-folder categorization (only supports 1 level)

Hey guys here is a little something ive been working on, its a standalone application i created with microsoft visual studio 2013 which can be run from anywhere, no installation is necessary just simply launch it and it is for enabling and disabling certain packages like for instance i have the packages such as:

No Mosaic Censor Mod
No Privacy
No Jealousy

Tool to fix custom meshes that crash on some computers by CmarNYC


I'm releasing this separately since I'm a bit bogged down with new features for S4 CAS Tools and don't want creators to have to wait for this since I seem to have finally gotten it working in a useful way.

What it's for: To fix custom creations that cause crashing on computers with Intel video chipsets, often but not always Windows 8 systems.

What does it fix? (tech notes for tool and mesh makers): According to SimGuruModSquad in the EA forums, this was caused by not enough bones in the list of bones used by each mesh being referenced by at least one vertex in the mesh, which resulted in not enough memory being reserved and bad memory writes. I found it's a little more than that - any bone in the list that's not referenced by at least one vertex causes crashing, in other words there can not be any unused bones even if the 'use' is only an empty bone weight. And other things like zero bone weight references to bones outside the bounds of the bone list array, which was tolerated by Sims 3, causes crashing in Sims 4.

Sims 4 Simple Mod Manager by Thrahistan


This little tool changes the entries which are written in the Resource.cfg.
Normally it would load every Mod installed in the Mods folder and from every subfolder in it.

With this tool you can easily tick the Mods which you want to be loaded.
Simply tick the mods you want, klick save and you are ready to play.

No installation needed, simply extract the .exe wherever you want.

Updated - TS4 CAS Tools by CmarNYC

TS4 CAS Tools (formerly TS4 Mesh Tools): Cloning, mesh conversion, Frankenmesh, conversion. BETA TESTING, new version 9/10

Well, since this is rapidly evolving into a TS4 version of Mesh Toolkit, I've renamed it yet again.

Functions:

Mesh Cloner. Will clone either from Sims 4 game packages or you can select a package manually. If all goes right the clone will contain all meshes, images, and so on. You can make either a default replacement or a new item.

Package Mesh Import/Export. Open a CC package and this tool will list the meshes with their size, LOD, and meshgroup. Exported meshes will be given a descriptive name. You can export as either S4 format, or S3 format that can then be modified in Milkshape or Blender by. You can import either format with the same import button. (S3-format meshes MUST be imported back to the same original S4 mesh they were exported from. S4 meshes will simply replace the mesh they are imported to.) Don't forget to save your package.

IMPORTANT: Color Magic packages need to be re-created for the released game!

The various mesh IIDs for outfits have changed between when the CAS Demo was released and when the full game preloaded!

This means that the recolored items from the CAS Demo will NOT WORK on the full game. You will need to download Color Magic 0.5.0 or later and choose The Sims 4 from the dropdown and recreate the packages for your items.

You should be able to simply re-import the texture files into these new packages (be sure to use the new UNKN entries so the instance numbers don't change!)
