Functional Painting Canvas Storage Rack to stock paintings by Selliato

This Rack allow you to stock any Canvas painted by your Sims with all the properties of the original Painting Canvas Storage Rack ( Lvl 5 painter reward ).
Like for other container click on the object and select open to enjoy this new inventory. To add canvas you can use the user interface or drag & drop it to the Painting Canvas Storage Rack in live mode.
Canvas inventory are object related.

It uses the original ressources mixed with some code from the toy box but It's a standalone item who doesn't replace the original. This version doesn't need unlock to avoid problem with people who are already above the Lvl. 5 painter career..
It overdrive the blank canvas object used by the game for the painting to allow them to be stocked but the change is transparent.

Tuning mods to prolong the decay rate of food and drink by coolspear1 - MTS

A set of tuning mods to extend the decay rate of food and drink to make is stay fresher much longer before it spoils. It should work right across the board, for all manner of foods and drinks, from base game to latest GPs and EP and probably next December new EP and beyond.

You only need base game for this, but it will also cover anything newly introduced via GPs and EPs as they all share the same, little decay rate XML. Any food and drinks that have a decay rate before spoiling, these mods will cover.

There are three versions, but only use one.
(The Maxis default decay rate is 8 hours.)
Version a) - now extends to 24 hours before spoiling.
Version b) - now extends to 48 hours before spoiling.
Version c) - now extends to 7 days before spoiling.

Plain Tea by Plasticbox - MTS

This is an override for the Oolong tea that replaces it with simple, no-buffs, no-special effects, plain old tea. This is also a little cheaper than the buff-ridden blends.

Instant Upgrades now for All Objects. by Coolspear1 - MTS

There are three objects in game where the Instant Upgrade Trait Perk does not apply. Meaning the Rockets, Dishwashers and X-Ray Machines take forever to upgrade for both skilled and unskilled sims alike. Well, not any more.

I have increased the upgrade speeds to match that of the Instant Upgrade Perk speeds = pretty damn frikken fast!

Your sims do not need to purchase the buyable "Handy" trait perk to benefit from these mods. All skilled and unskilled sims can experience and enjoy the new super speeds when upgrading these three particular items. They will however need to have the required upgrade parts to begin upgrades on the dishwashers and x-ray machines. Seeing as these upgrade parts are easily purchased via a computer, I did not want to mess around removing them from the XML coding. Rockets need no such parts, just simoleons.

Game requirements:
Dishwashers are base game (Introduced via patch.)
Rockets are primarily base game objects, but have the extra "Wormhole" upgrade if you have Get To Work EP
X-Ray Machines are Get To Work EP

Helpful tips:
Your sims need to be at least career level 5 doctor before allowed to upgrade X-Ray Machines.
X-Ray Machines also have the rare debug option to do an instant debug upgrade if you are feeling too lazy to have your sims physically upgrade them.

Tuning mods to keep certain handy items in sims inventory by coolspear1 - MTS

Three quick tuning mods to make sims autonomously place the Tablet (Slablet), the Clay Blob and the Future Cube back into their personal inventories after they have finished using them.

I got sick, sore and tired of having to ALWAYS pick the Tablets off the floor and place them back onto tables as sims are utterly incompetent at doing this. Or having to hunt all through the house as to where they may have hidden these items after using them. Putting them right back where they found them is an incomprehensible notion to the sims, until now.

Just place any of these items into their personal inventories, and whether they use them autonomously or are pushed to use them by you, they will put them right back into their inventory directly afterwards. Yay!!! They can do it!!!

Of course, that means if you direct them to use any of these items that may have been sitting on a surface beforehand in a decorative fashion, they will place it into their inventories forevermore thereafter.

Lethal Autonomy & Always Lethal Cowplants Mod by Andrew & OM - Sims 4 Studio

This mod will add tuning to your cowplants that makes every cake a lethal bite.  Sims who are hungry will eat the cake autonomously and it will work on adult and kid Sims.  Note, due to children being shorter than adults they will rise a bit off the ground to grab the cake rather than just reaching out to clutch it as adults do.

This mod alters the tuning of the cowplant and will not work with other mods that alter the tuning of the cowplant.

This mod will make it so every time you direct your Sim to eat the cowplant's cake the cake will be lethal.  You will still need to direct your Sim to eat it and it only works for adult Sims.

This mod alters the tuning of the cowplant and will conflict with other mods that alter the tuning of the cowplant.

The mod was made for ryukanohi based on the request posted in Studio forums' Modding Request & Projects section.

Herbal Remedies For GTW Plants by egureh - MTS

I understand alien plants from GTW do not need watering. But they still need weeding and fertilizing.
So I really don't know why my Sims cannot pour Natural Herbicide Oil or Fungal Infusion Fertilizer on them...
Hmm, let's fix it.

Mod Effects
Natural Herbicide Oil and Fungal Infusion Fertilizer can be used on alien plants from GTW.
(Orb Stalk/Quill Plant/Tentacle Tree)

Compatibility
Based on Game Version 1.11.64, should be compatible with previous patches.
You don't need this mod if you're playing without Get To Work or Outdoor Retreat.
