Simoleon Checks - For Transferring Larger Amounts by TreeLifeCreations


To assist in transferring larger amounts I have create sim “checks” using the same concept as my sim coins.

The Details:

- They come in 5 amounts ($100, $500, $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000) all under the same catalog entry (so as not to clutter your buymode).

- Can be found under both Electronics -> Misc or Decoration -> Clutter.

- Can be dragged and placed in sim inventories.

- As they would be too hard to grab I have not made them stackable.

Gain Hygiene from Bubbly Fountain by CinderelliMouse


Freegans and homeless Sims rejoice! There’s a new way to get clean… by putting bubbles in the public fountain and having a bath in the middle of town! It’s fun too! Best keep your clothes on though: you can clean them at the same time! \o/

Sims won't get clean from playing in the fountain unless they add bubbles first. The hygiene increase is set fairly low so as not to be too over-powered (it's still a public fountain guys, how clean do you think it is?) and it may take a few splashes if you want to get your sim extra sparkly!

EA Buyable & Edible Food/Drinks - Spa Day Game Pack Food Items by TreeLifeCreations


I am really excited to announce that I have figured out how to make EA food buyable from the buy mode catalog.

Now your sims no longer need to cook!

It makes stocking up a store, cafe & “restaurant” a few second job.

This release contains all the food items from the Spa Day Game Pack as a small teaser. However, please be assured I do intend to release all of EA’s food items over the coming few weeks (it is a time consuming process).

Harvesting for Children by Plasticbox


Custom interactions + script that enable harvesting for children. They will use the generic Swipe animation for it, which is pretty similar to the harvesting one, except that it has a different sound and no prop.

Does not override anything so it should be pretty collision-safe. The script adds the interactions to the base game harvestable plants, plus the orange tree from this thread (not the lettuce, because that has its own harvesting interactions -- they are now available for children too, but you don't need this mod for that).

Couch Together by Artrui



Attention: These are not CC pose, but partly invisible seats. Sims sit near to each other causes partly overlapping of their body. But sometimes, you can get very nice screenshots.

How to apply this mod?
- Find the 3 mostly invisible seats under: Buy mode/comfort/living chair (2 for sitting on an armrest of a sofa**, 1 for sitting on a sofa height);
- Place them near a sofa for example like the screenshots below. Each seat has a round dot as a mark of the seat position. (It's very small. see the red arrows).
- There are more possibilities to combine a sofa with these extra seats. It's up to you to place them: in grid, off grid or turn the angle of seat - all works!
- Click the objects on the floor (Mega books, obened book or stylus) to let Sims sit on the wanted place. *

* All these 3 objects on floor don't block the walk way. But If you place other objects within it's green marked area and less than a half grid before the green arrow, it could block the sims to take the seat or leave the seat.
** The 2 sit-on-armrest seats are made to fit the base game "cuttlefish sofa" armrest and other sofas with similar armrests.

Espresso_machine give more energy by catalina_45

What I changed:
motive bladder from -20 to -10
motive hunger from 15 to 55
motive energy from 10 to 100

It works for both, single and double espresso machine.

It works at home or at bar.
Tested in my game for all recipe of coffee.
(sorry for my English)
