This fix is completely unnecessary because EA fixed the bug they had which caused this crashing with the last patch they put out.

The Intel graphics bug is what that tool was meant to deal with but that bug doesn't exist any more as the creator herself pointed out in the thread where you download her tool. Read her last post here:
