Adult Skills Avaible For Children by Arienli
I made a mod that allows children to learn adult skills without maxed child skills. They will gain both adult and child skills at the same time, so it could be a little weird, but I didn't want to remove child ones as they are still needed for aspirations.
So now kids can gain painting skill by using Activity Table, charisma, comedy and mischief skills by interacting with other Sims etc. They can also read skill books.
